My casual approach to photography promises to delight every family member. Unposed and loosely structured, sessions with me are relaxed, candid and fun.

I'm skilled and creative both in the studio and on location. Visit me at my spacious natural daylight studio located in NE Minneapolis for studio and/or urban sessions. Or, I will be happy to photograph you in your home or a unique location of your choice.

Meet Allison

owner/photographer

Allison has been behind the camera since she opened a Minneapolis studio in 2001. With a background as a commercial photographer shooting models for companies like Fisher Price, Target, Great Clips, and Parenting Magazine she decided to start a high-end portrait business as well.

It was an easy decision, thus Sweet Light Studio was born and has been an energizing experience along with her ongoing commercial work.
